The central goal of companies that choose this type of experience is to enhance employees.

Outdoor team building on the ridges of the Treviso Prealps: the experience of the company Il Gufo
After discussing the type of experience the company wanted its employees to have and developing an integrated training course, we chose an emotional walk among mule tracks and scenic paths in the plains.
We wanted participants to be able to stop thinking and get out of the routine of everyday life to learn how to enjoy the present moment .
Under the starlight that illuminated the plain, the team returned to Mount Cesen, more aware and above all richer. In fact, the mountains are a formidable context for continuous learning, thanks in part to the culture and knowledge that promotes those who frequent them and learn about them.
Not surprisingly, this is a formally recognized experience in outdoor training aimed at the individual and organizations. What characterizes these experiences is the immediacy with which they bring out both the characteristics of individuals and group dynamics. A powerfulsocial accelerator, which is capable of generating major transformations in the individual and the group.
Training: the professionals involved
Accompanying our Leonardo on this adventure was Francesca, who managed the training activity, a training professional who helped the group to facilitate getting to know each other.
The totally informal atmosphere was aimed at appreciation and observation of nature. This allowed the mind and body to be stimulated, experiencing firsthand an original new and growing experience.
