Provincia di Trento

8-10

Do you dream of experiencing a real hiking vacation among the greatest wonders of the Dolomites? Then this 5-day trek is the one for you! A crazy journey into the heart of the Three Peaks Nature Park, during which we will explore places of extraordinary beauty together and reach some very satisfying peaks touching even 3,000 meters of altitude. We will rediscover together the thrill of walking timelessly in enchanted places savoring each day from sunrise to sunset and then fall asleep with a light heart, but full of emotions and indelible memories.
Day 1: From Lake Antorno to Rifugio Auronzo – 10 km 900 D+
From Lake Antorno we will head towards the beautiful plain of Pian dei Spiriti and then enter the striking Ciadin dei Tocci and, accompanied by the view of the Forcella del Diavolo, we will continue to climb to the Fonda Savio refuge located in a magnificent position at the foot of the Cadini di Misurina. From here we will enjoy an exceptional view of this beautiful dolomite subgroup characterized by a continuous alternation of forks and spires, as well as an evocative as well as unusual perspective on the Tre Cime di Lavaredo. We will then pass by Forcella di Rinbianco where the view will open up to the Ciampedele Valley below and we will enter the Ciadin di Rinbianco and then descend until we intercept the path that will lead us to the Auronzo Refuge where we will spend our first night.
Day 2: From Rifugio Auronzo to Rifugio Locatelli – 16 km 1100 D+
Leaving the Auronzo Hut, we will head towards the Lavaredo Hut and the homonymous pass and then reach the Lange Alm malga, still under the watchful eye of the Three Peaks. We will cross the picturesque Pian da Rin where it will not be difficult to spot a few marmots and, immersed in a landscape markedly transformed by the Great War, we will pass in the presence of the imposing massif of Monte Rudo and the Torre dei Scarperi. An alternation of rocky areas and meadows dotted with magnificent bright yellow glacial poppies , will lead us all the way below Toblin Tower and from there in a short time to the Locatelli Refuge. It will be here that we will stay overnight not without having first enjoyed, from the summit of Sexten Rock 2539m, the spectacle of a sunset at altitude and of the sun gradually disappearing behind the sharp silhouettes of the dolomite giants.
Day 3: From Rifugio Locatelli to Rifugio Comici – 10 km 700 D+ (possibility of adding the ascent to an additional peak)
We will begin our third day by heading to the Pian di Cengia Refuge, captivated by the crystal clear waters of the Piani Lakes. Upon reaching the refuge, we will face a short climb that will take us, amidst breathtaking scenery and historical evidence of wartime entrenchments, to the summit of the Crode Fiscaline 2677m from which a spectacular view on Cima Una, Punta Tre Scarperi, Paterno, Three Peaks, Popera and Croda dei Toni, as well as the impressive abyss of the Val Sassovecchio slope. After a much-needed stop to savor the feeling of almost touching the sky, all that will remain is to head to the Zsigmondy-Comici Refuge, where we will spend the night.
Day 4: from Rifugio Comici to Rifugio Carducci – 9 km 900 D+
After an invigorating breakfast we will set out again for a new day that will take us to the summit of one of the most satisfying 3000 Dolomite peaks. Aiming toward Forcella Giralba we will reach a plateau and a small lake where we will make a short stop before continuing our ascent among scree and rocks, literally surrounded by the dolomite walls. Amidst remnants of Great War fortifications and striking pinnacles we will climb to the summit of Mount Popera at 3046m, which will reward us with breathtaking views of all the surrounding peaks including the aerial Cresta Zsigmondy and Cima Undici. Filled eyes and heart with beauty we will descend to Rifugio Carducci for our fourth night.
Day 5: from Rifugio Carducci to Lake Antorno – 15 km 700 D+
Our last day of trekking will see us return to our starting point not without marveling once again at the extraordinary and unique nature of the places we will pass through. We will circumnavigate the immense Croda dei Toni and pass the slopes of Mount Cengia, Mount Paterno and the Passport Crags, and then greet the Three Peaks of Lavaredo admiring its vertical north walls in all their grandeur. In a harmonious succession of green meadows and more rocky sections of trail we will descend to Malga Rin Bianco, an excellent location for a final restorative stop, and then end our walk on comfortable mule track.

Hi, it's Jade!
I grew up between Vittorio Veneto, the town where I was born, and Chies, a small town in the mountains of Alpago, my mother's homeland where my grandparents still live.
A lifelong lover of sports and nature, I am a fitness instructor at the gym and have been mountaineering, trail running, and cycling both road and mountain biking for several years.
The mountains and I have always sought each other out even though unfortunately life has kept us apart for some time, first during my years of study in Venice where I majored in linguistic and cultural mediation with a Chinese-English major and later when work led me to move for long periods to Asia, first to Shanghai and then to Hong Kong.
It was upon my return to Italy that I began to really cultivate my passion for the outdoors, getting closer and closer to the mountains until I fell madly in love with them.
And it was on the wave of this overwhelming love that after working for a few years in local companies as a foreign salesperson, I decided to change my life and enroll in the Veneto Mountain Guides College's Medium Mountain Accompanies course, which allowed me to turn this great passion of mine into a profession.
For me, mountains are joy, serenity, curiosity, energy, effort, relief, wonder, sharing, reflection, discovery, adventure, freedom.
To put it in one word, it's LIFE....and I look forward to taking you with me to safely experience this extraordinary environment that will be able to give you unique emotions that you will carry in your heart forever!
