The entire itinerary takes place within two Nature Parks, the Ampezzo Dolomites Regional Park in Veneto and the Senes-Fanes-Braies Park in South Tyrol.
The route is mainly on dirt roads away from traffic .
We will pass no less than 5 refuges, among the most beautiful and famous in the Dolomites, the Ra Stua refuge, Sennes, Pederù, Lavarella and Fanes in a loop tour that will take us back to our starting points near Fiames, a few kilometers north of Cortina d’Ampezzo.
We will cross streams, waterfalls, pastures, meadows, clearings, forests and rock. With every kilometer we would have a new landscape in front of us, we would glimpse new peaks of more than 3,000 meters that would amaze us.
Good bike riding skills are required, even on dirt roads with some rough downhill sections.
A biased E-Bike with fairly wide tires is recommended in order to enjoy the entire trip to the fullest and maintain a high level of safety.
Certainly this ride will remain etched in our memory.

I think the mountains can be experienced in a variety of exciting ways, all of which are correct and all of which have many merits: from the tranquility of a relaxing hike that makes us better savor the excitement of each step, to the speed of moving quickly from peak to peak.
So, here I am, I have become a mountain professional and provide my expertise to accompany you on mountain excursions, both in the Veneto and around the World, always guaranteeing your safety.
As a lifelong sports enthusiast (FIDAL instructor technician), I am also available for trail running, MTB or E-Bike routes from the foothills of the Alps to the Dolomites.
