Sardinia: tastes of Wild Blue and beyond…

Sardegna

8 - 11 people

Five days in Abruzzo at the foot of Gran Sasso, the highest peak in the Apennines.
Our excursions will be varied and spectacular within the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park.
We will stay in a structure at the bottom of the valley at the foot of the Gran Sasso, a few kilometers from the city of L’Aquila.
The level of commitment and difficulty will be medium with the possibility of always doing the “something extra” for those who feel up to it.
The highlight hike of the trek involves climbing up into the summit of Corno Grande, the highest peak of the Apennines at 2912 meters of elevation above sea level, and the sea can be seen right from there! and even on fine days you can see two seas, theAdriatic closer and also the Tyrrhenian On the opposite side!
Other proposed hikes vary from the Gran Sasso area with limestone rocks resembling the Dolomites, to other hikes in completely different environments rich in water, waterfalls and springs in the Laga Mountains area between Abruzzo, Lazio and Marche.
In addition to our daily excursions, it will be possible to visit at the end of our days, spectacular villages such as Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Rocca Calascio , or the city ofL’Aquila itself (what succeeds after the earthquake).
Therefore, it will be a complete vacation! Hiking, visiting the beauty of the area, not forgetting the energetic power of Abruzzo cuisine!
Five days of active relaxation discovering mountains, ancient villages and traditions.

In dolomiti Beat we are all AMM Certified by the College of Alpine Guides of Veneto, to guarantee you maximum safety and professionalism and think only of your enjoyment!
A lifelong lover of Sports, the Dolomites, the Alps, the Pre-Alps and the outdoors, I decided at age 40 to change my life and follow my passion: to enable people to experience the Mountains with pleasure.
In 2019 I added a new piece to my education by completing the Medium Mountain Guide Course and enrolling in the Veneto Regional College of Mountain Guides.
The greatest satisfaction I receive in accompanying an individual or group is for me, the opportunity to convey my enthusiasm and passion for this outdoor world to those who do not yet know it, or those who want to know it better.
I think the mountains can be experienced in a variety of exciting ways, all of which are correct and all of which have many merits: from the tranquility of a relaxing hike that makes us better savor the excitement of each step, to the speed of moving quickly from peak to peak.
So, here I am, I have become a mountain professional and provide my expertise to accompany you on mountain excursions, both in the Veneto and around the World, always guaranteeing your safety.
As a lifelong sports enthusiast (FIDAL instructor technician), I am also available for trail running, MTB or E-Bike routes from the foothills of the Alps to the Dolomites.
Not forgetting my experience in the company as an employee!
Precisely because I felt that this was not my path, I welcome corporate team building requests with empathy and a particular propensity for group dynamics, because the outdoors facilitates positive relationships.
