I am a survival and bushcraft instructor.
I guide young people, families and adults on outdoor experiences where doing, feeling and being are intertwined.
Building a shelter, lighting a fire and finding your way through the woods become opportunities to connect with the environment, sharpen your awareness of your surroundings and live with greater mindfulness of your place in the world.

My journey began in the fields of education and counselling, and has, over time, become intertwined with training and practice in nature.
Today, I lead experiences in which survival techniques become opportunities to ground oneself, to test one’s limits in an authentic way, and to rediscover a deep connection with oneself and the environment, respecting each person’s own pace.

I founded Esperienze Yn Natura (EYN) with the aim of creating spaces where nature becomes a living experience.
Journeys in which we step out of the everyday to enter a more essential time, made up of simple actions, attention and presence.
A setting where everyone can rediscover their own rhythm, rediscover often-forgotten resources and experience nature not as a spectator, but as a protagonist.

Because it is often in the simplicity of nature that the most essential things emerge.
